About the Job:

The Restaurant Experience Sr. Analyst is responsible for executing key Team Member experience programs that support restaurant operations, engagement, and recognition across Taco Bell. This role drives impact by leading cross-functional execution, managing vendor partnerships, and delivering programs that enhance the Team Member and Guest experience. You'll have the opportunity to lead high visibility initiatives, collaborate across the business, and bring new restaurant experiences to life at scale. The Restaurant Experience Program Lead will report to the Sr Manager, Restaurant Integration & Standards.

The Day-to-Day:

• Execute Team Member engagement and recognition programs by managing campaign deployment, communications, cross-functional coordination, and day-to-day program operations.
• Support the execution and continuous improvement of Serving Más by coordinating training materials, operational resources, and systemwide rollout.
• Execute vendor operations for the Taco Bell Uniform Program and Live Más Café, including onboarding, implementation, sample approvals, inventory management, production, new uniform launches, website updates, and system communications.
• Support the creative development of Experience Videos by coordinating content, operational priorities and cross-functional inputs to ensure engaging and impactful training for restaurant teams.
• Manage the execution and rollout of both new hire onboarding kits and restaurant recognition programs, including vendor coordination, production, logistics, budgeting, and prize fulfillment.
• Coordinate vendor communications, sample reviews, production timelines, and collection launches with cross-functional partners for Bell Collective merchandise.
• Support the execution of the Taco Bell Brand Programs through vendor management, merchandise production, budgeting, and logistics.

Is this you?

• BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, customer experience, client success, account management, restaurant operations, or a related field.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to life
• Strong project management, organizational, communication and writing skills
• Restaurant, hospitality, or guest experience background is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, intellectually curious.
• Flexibility to evolve as business needs change in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: ­­$98,400- $115,800 annually + overtime eligibility + bonus eligibility + benefits
