Role Description The Restaurants Quality Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for monitoring and enhancing quality standards across Saal Invest’s restaurant portfolio and franchise operations. This role includes developing and updating quality assurance procedures, implementing food safety and hygiene protocols, and ensuring compliance with local and regional regulations. The Restaurants Quality Manager will review operational performance data, conduct virtual audits and inspections, and coordinate with on-site teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. The role also involves collaborating with operations, training, and supply chain teams to standardize processes, improve customer experience, and support new restaurant and franchise openings. The individual will prepare regular quality reports, recommend improvements based on market and customer feedback, and support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Saal Invest’s core values.

Qualifications

• Strong background in quality management, food safety, and hygiene standards within the restaurant or broader F&B industry.
• Experience with operational audits, process improvement, and compliance monitoring across multi-location or franchise environments.
• Ability to analyze performance metrics, customer feedback, and market data to identify trends and recommend practical quality enhancements.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and remote collaboration platforms to manage quality oversight and communicate with distributed teams.
• Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, including working with restaurant managers, franchise partners, suppliers, and cross-functional internal teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports, guidelines, and training materials.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and follow-up.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in quality or food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO, ServSafe) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environments is preferred, along with familiarity with Middle East and North Africa markets.
