Retail Director

Role Description The Retail Director at DAC Santé 78 Sud - DACTYS is a part-time remote role responsible for overseeing retail operations and driving commercial performance across assigned locations. The role includes defining retail strategies, setting sales targets, and monitoring performance indicators to ensure service quality and profitability. The Retail Director coordinates day-to-day operations, supports local teams with guidelines and tools, and ensures compliance with organizational policies and procedures. This role also collaborates with cross-functional partners on promotions, product assortment, and customer experience initiatives, while preparing regular reports and recommendations for leadership.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in retail management, including store or network oversight and commercial performance monitoring.
• Proven skills in team management, such as coaching, performance follow-up, and fostering collaborative, inclusive work environments.
• Strong background in sales, with the ability to set targets, analyze results, and implement actions to optimize revenue and customer satisfaction.
• Experience in operations management and budgeting, including resource allocation, cost control, and process improvement.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in using standard office and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote settings and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing organizational needs.
• Relevant education in business, retail management, operations, or a related field; comparable professional experience may be considered.
