As the Retail Training and Communications Coordinator on the Operational Solutions team, you will support the delivery of NAM Retail Training and Communications across our store network. This is a coordination-heavy role at the centre of two connected disciplines – training and communications – working closely with the managers and program managers on Retail Training and Communications – NAM to keep programs organized, on schedule, and effectively delivered to stores.
This role requires exceptional organization, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple training and communication projects at once in a fast-paced retail environment.

Meet Your Future Team:
The Operational Solutions team designs the ideal conditions for stores to get everything done. We act as a cornerstone of our channel team, and we are the conduit between the retail stores and the cross-functional partners at HQ.
