Position: Product Image Retouching & AI Image Specialist

Working Hours: Flexible / Project-based
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in product photography retouching and image editing, preferably for e-commerce brands.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and professional image manipulation.
- Experience with colour correction, lighting adjustments, background removal, shadow creation, and image enhancement.
- Ability to maintain product accuracy, ensuring that colours, textures, shapes, packaging and details remain true to the original product.
- Basic to intermediate experience with AI image-generation tools to enhance, extend, or create supporting visual elements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver consistent, high-quality images.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, or consumer product brands.
- Experience creating lifestyle product imagery and commercial compositions.
- Familiarity with generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and ChatGPT image generation.
- Experience preparing images for Shopify, Amazon, and other e-commerce platforms.
Deal-Breakers / Exclusions
- Inability to maintain product accuracy when using AI-generated elements.
- Over-reliance on AI generation without professional retouching skills.
- Inconsistent editing quality across batches of images.
- Lack of experience working with commercial product photography.
