We are currently seeking and interviewing ambitious and team-oriented individuals who enjoy administrative tasks and are looking to grow in a fast-paced and FUN work environment!

DaVita is currently looking for a ROPS Coordinator. Individuals who excel in this role are self-motivated and results-driven. . The main components of this role include:

• Learning and retaining the basics of your role in the Revenue Cycle
• Onsite office printing to prepare and submit claims for reconsideration
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with teammates and leaders
• Learn and implement competencies into everyday work and interactions

• High school diploma or GED, required
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree, highly preferred
• Ability to research and problem solve, using analytical and critical thinking skills
• Healthcare and medical billing/collections experience is preferred
• Intermediate computer proficiency in Microsoft Office including: Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Demonstrated history of resolving challenging issues
• Deeply built values of TEAM!

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Wage Range for the role is $16.00 - $21.00 per hour.

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
