Job Description
We are
searching for a Revenue Cycle Consultant that takes initiative, anticipates
needs, completes tasks consistently on time, committed to a high level of
responsiveness, and is happy to “jump in” and work where needed. We are a

reaching and exceeding goals!
Duties and
responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Essential
Functions
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable

Work with SMEs to understand and develop
skill sets
in revenue cycle and
healthcare
·
Educate Avelead clients’ staff on reconciliation
using Avelead’s software
·
Train end-users on software functionality
·
Build software using excel workbooks
·
Work with client on collecting data needed to
build software
·
Log tickets for any software issues and client
issues
·
Review and resolve tickets logged by client
·
Collection
of data and communication
·
Manage
manual processes within the platform
·
Develop
efficiencies
·
Deliver
reports as needed
·
Communicate
issues to development team
·
Travel
may be up to 50% as needed

Requirements
Required
Education and Experience
·
High school diploma is required
·
Two years of Rev Cycle experience or equivalent business
experience is required
·
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is
highly preferable
due
to the amount of professional duties required for the position
