Revenue Cycle Insurance Payment Specialist

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, values accuracy, and understands what it takes to keep AR clean. This is not entry-level billing. We need someone who understands the full payment posting process and can work independently while collaborating with a growing, supportive team. What You’ll Do • Post insurance payments accurately in Denticon • Manage EFTs, virtual credit cards, and checks • Address offsets and insurance takebacks • Clear unapplied balances • Attach EOBs appropriately • Perform daily reconciliation • Keep backlog current • Identify process improvements for efficiency If you enjoy balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies, you’ll thrive here.
