Revenue Manager (Hospitality)

Revenue Manager (Hospitality) Join a fast-growing Australian motel investment fund! We are looking for a hands-on Revenue Manager to join our client’s Commercial team fully remotely, taking on the day-to-day revenue and distribution work. This role owns the onboarding of newly acquired properties, from setting up OTA connectivity to migrating rates and inventory into RMS, alongside the ongoing management of pricing, promotions and channel performance across every motel in the portfolio using tools such as SiteMinder and Room Price Genie. Because the business is scaling quickly and still building out its processes, the ideal person is a genuine doer who proactively drives revenue rather than just reporting on it, is comfortable creating structure from scratch, and uses data and AI tools to turn numbers into action. Key Responsibilities • Lead the onboarding of newly acquired properties, including setting up OTA connectivity and migrating rates and inventory from Guest Point or other legacy systems into RMS. • Manage day to day pricing and rate strategy across all properties in RMS to proactively drive revenue, not just report on performance. • Configure, monitor and troubleshoot SiteMinder so rates and availability are always correctly distributed across all connected booking channels. • Use Room Price Genie or a similar automated pricing tool to set and adjust dynamic pricing, rate plans and length of stay rules across the portfolio. • Manage listings, rates and promotions on Booking.com and Expedia including initial connectivity setup for new properties and resolve channel issues as they arise. • Monitor demand, pickup and market conditions for each property, and take direct action on rates, restrictions and promotions in response. • Build and maintain data-driven reporting, using AI tools where useful, to turn performance trends into clear, actionable recommendations. • Build out and document repeatable revenue management processes as the portfolio continues to grow. • Liaise closely with the Australia-based Revenue Manager and wider Commercial team on strategy and property specific opportunities. What We Are Looking For • Demonstrated multi-site revenue management experience within hospitality, ideally across motels rather than a single large hotel or resort. Strong single-property hotel experience will be considered for a genuinely adaptable candidate. • A proactive, hands-on approach, comfortable taking revenue actions rather than only reporting on performance. • Comfortable building processes and structure from scratch in a fast-growing, still-maturing business. • Hands on experience with RMS and/or Guest Point, or a similar property management system. • Experience setting up and troubleshooting SiteMinder or a similar channel management system, including onboarding new properties. • Experience with Room Price Genie or a similar automated, dynamic pricing tool. • Strong working knowledge of Booking.com and Expedia, including initial connectivity setup, promotions and resolving channel issues. • Comfortable using data and AI tools to turn performance information into actionable insights. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Demonstrated employment stability, with a preference for candidates who have remained with previous employers for approximately two years or more. • A genuine interest in establishing a long-term career within our business and growing alongside the team.
