About Olala!
Olala! is an international hospitality and real estate group, developing, owning, and operating hotels, vacation rentals, and food & beverage concepts worldwide.
Since 1996, we have built a presence in 17 cities worldwide, combining global expertise with local insight. Our mission is to deliver smart, technology-driven, and design-forward accommodations that meet the needs of today’s traveler while upholding the highest standards of service.
Your role
We are looking for a Revenue Manager Hotels & Apartments to join our headquarters in Barcelona and manage pricing, inventory and distribution for an assigned hotel portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for delivering the approved net accommodation revenue and commercial contribution plan for your hotels.
Your portfolio will cover an agreed hotel cluster outside Romania and Vacation Rentals in selected geographical area, with a named backup. Property allocation will reflect room count, commercial complexity and workload.
You will own pricing and live commercial listing accuracy for your hotels and apartments, maintain reliable forecasts and work closely with Hotel Managers, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Care and the systems team to ensure that offers are profitable and guests receive what they booked.
Your Journey
Manage daily hotel pricing and room-type availability using pickup, occupancy, demand, cancellations, booking windows, competitor positioning and local events. Turn your analysis into specific trading actions.
Maintain public, negotiated and package rates, occupancy supplements, meal plans, restrictions and release dates within the approved commercial guardrails. Check promotion stacking and net channel economics.
Own the accuracy of commercial configuration and live offers across the PMS, channel manager, direct booking engine and OTAs. Test dates, occupancy, room mapping, stay totals, currency, mandatory charges and payment/cancellation conditions.
Keep each hotel listing accurate, including room descriptions, sleeping arrangements, capacity, meal plans, facilities, images, policies and check-in information. Obtain Operations verification of physical facts and approved content from Marketing.
Perform daily exception checks and rotating weekly audits covering all active assigned listings each month. Obtain a second-person check for launches and high-risk changes and verify the complete guest booking flow after publication.
Maintain dated property forecasts and weekly trading packs. Track net ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, channel cost and commercial contribution by segment, and reconcile revenue, commissions and refunds with Finance.
Analyse group displacement and net contribution before offers. Maintain tour-operator allotments, release calendars, cancellation terms and stop-sale instructions against signed contracts; Sales manages client negotiations and authorised commitments.
Coordinate room closures, reopening dates and operational constraints with Hotel Managers and Property Operations. Ensure approved inventory blocks are correctly reflected across distribution channels.
Monitor mapping failures, booking errors and oversell risk. Pause affected rates or inventory when necessary, alert the Head and coordinate correction, live validation and prevention of recurrence with the systems and property teams.
Own performance against the agreed net revenue and contribution budgets, forecast accuracy, pricing/listing accuracy, rate execution deadlines and preventable booking failures. Track RevPAR market performance where reliable comparable data exists, together with group review and allotment release discipline.
Explain commercial results and corrective actions in the weekly trading review. Support hotel GOP and EBITDA through pricing, channel and segment decisions, working with Hotel Managers and Finance on the wider P&L.
Maintain a complete property handover file, documented changes and a trained backup. Take over assigned hotels in approved agency handover waves and retain evidence of commercial acceptance.
Act within the Head’s approved pricing, inventory and contract limits. Escalate material exceptions through the Revenue delegation and coordinate guest communication or refunds with Customer Care and Operations.
During the first 90 days, audit your assigned hotels and apartments, agree baselines and guardrails, complete the planned handover, establish reliable forecasting and close priority defects with backup coverage in place.
What do you bring to your trip
Typically 3 or more years of relevant revenue management or distribution experience, including independent responsibility for a hotel portfolio or comparable commercial complexity.
Practical hotel knowledge covering room-type hierarchies, meal plans, groups, tour-operator allotments, release periods and cancellation terms. Experience with leisure hotels and multiple properties is a plus.
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and forecasting discipline, with the ability to analyse pickup, demand, net ADR, RevPAR, distribution costs and commercial contribution.
Hands-on experience using PMS, RMS, channel managers, booking engines and OTA extranets to configure and test rates, restrictions, occupancy rules, fees, inventory and live listings.
Excellent attention to detail and ownership of pricing and listing quality, supported by documented checks, clear records and prompt correction of errors.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to trace discrepancies between systems and work with technical teams to validate the outcome.
Clear communication and collaborative working with Hotel Managers, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care and Finance. Able to present concise commercial recommendations and manage competing deadlines.
Professional English; Spanish and other languages relevant to the assigned markets are valuable. Hospitality or analytical education, or equivalent experience.
Availability to work from our Barcelona office.
