Position Overview
PAG is seeking a Revenue Manager, Portfolio Support for a full-time, fully remote position based in the LATAM region.
Candidates must currently reside anywhere in Latin America and be available to work consistently during U.S. Eastern and Pacific business hours. Applicants based outside of LATAM will not be considered.
This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes Revenue Management role supporting PAG’s Directors of Revenue across multiple hotel portfolios.
The Revenue Manager will translate approved strategies, forecasts, budgets, and pricing frameworks into daily pricing, yielding, inventory, RMS, forecasting, analytical, and reporting actions.
This is not primarily a client-facing Director-level role. PAG’s Directors of Revenue retain ownership of the client relationship, overall strategy, forecast direction, revenue meetings, and major commercial decisions.
The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, systems-oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to move quickly between multiple hotels, markets, and technology environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesPricing & Yield Management
- Execute daily pricing and yielding decisions within approved strategy and forecast parameters.
- Manage rates, room-type differentials, restrictions, minimum-length-of-stay controls, inventory, and sell limits.
- Maintain pricing and availability across future booking windows.
- Identify need dates, compression periods, shoulder dates, special events, and other revenue opportunities.
- Review retail rates, promotions, packages, and competitive positioning.
Performance Analysis & Forecasting
- Analyze pickup, pace, booking window, cancellations, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, segmentation, and rooms revenue.
- Compare performance against forecast, budget, prior year, market trends, and competitive performance.
- Identify material risks and opportunities and provide clear recommendations to the Revenue Director.
- Support weekly, monthly, in-month, 30/60/90-day forecasts and annual budget preparation.
- Prepare concise analytical commentary and supporting recommendations.
Revenue Management Systems
- Actively manage RMS platforms such as Duetto, IDeaS, or comparable systems.
- Review, challenge, override, and adjust RMS recommendations when appropriate.
- Manage pricing controls, yielding rules, restrictions, and system parameters.
- Identify potential RMS configuration, data quality, integration, or strategy issues.
- Support RMS setup, optimization, troubleshooting, and system transitions.
Reporting & Portfolio Support
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue strategy meeting decks.
- Produce accurate reporting related to pickup, pace, forecast variance, budget variance, segmentation, channel contribution, and market performance.
- Support multiple Revenue Directors and hotel portfolios simultaneously.
- Maintain organized pricing calendars, action logs, forecast files, and supporting documentation.
- Shift efficiently between competing priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
Independent Hotel & Distribution Environment
- Work confidently across independent hotel technology environments using different PMS, CRS, RMS, rate-shopping, reporting, and distribution platforms.
- Understand how PMS, CRS, RMS, and distribution systems interact.
- Validate that pricing, inventory, and restriction strategies are displaying correctly across relevant systems and channels.
- Collaborate with PAG’s dedicated Distribution & Channel Support team on mapping, connectivity, and channel-related issues.
QualificationsExperience
- Approximately 4–5 years of direct hotel Revenue Management experience.
- Hands-on Revenue Management experience within an independent hotel environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing pricing, yielding, restrictions, inventory, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Experience supporting multiple hotels, markets, or property types.
- Comfortable executing strategies established by a Director of Revenue or other senior commercial leader.
- Experience preparing revenue meeting decks, performance analysis, and recommendations.
Systems Experience
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Duetto, IDeaS, or comparable RMS
- At least one hotel PMS such as Opera, Opera Cloud, StayNTouch, Mews, or comparable
- At least one CRS such as SynXis, iHotelier, or comparable
- Rate-shopping, reporting, and/or Business Intelligence platforms
Candidates should also understand rate plans, rate codes, restrictions, room-type pricing, inventory controls, pickup and pace analysis, market segmentation, forecast variance, and group displacement.
