Alt is unlocking the value of alternative assets, starting with the $5 B trading-card market. We let collectors buy, sell, vault, and finance their cards in one place and we are backed by leaders at Stripe, Coinbase, Seven Seven Six, and pro athletes like Tom Brady and Giannis Antetokounmpo. Our next frontier is real-time pricing at scale—the Alt Value that powers every trade, loan, and product on the platform.
We're hiring a Revenue Operations Associate to manage the systems, automations, and data infrastructure that power our growing sales engine. This person will sit at the intersection of sales, data, and technology, making sure our reps spend less time on manual work and more time closing. Our sales operation is scaling fast, and we need someone who can build the infrastructure to match.
This is a fully remote role reporting directly to the Director of Operations. You will be the sole RevOps hire supporting a sales team of 10, which means high ownership, high visibility, and real impact on how the business grows.

CRM Administration: Serve as the day-to-day Salesforce administrator, owning lead, contact, account, and opportunity management
System Development: Build new Salesforce fields, record types, reports, and dashboards as the business evolves
Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity across the CRM and connected systems, troubleshooting integration issues, ensuring customer data syncs correctly and records are accurate
Coordination: Support the execution of CRM changes alongside external contractors and internal engineering on timelines
Retention & Growth
Retention Reporting: Work with the Director of Operations to improve retention metrics and reporting, including cohort analysis across customer segments
Churn Analysis: Analyze customer behavior to identify churn risk and surface findings to leadership to partner with on potential improvements
Cross-Functional Support: Support CX and marketing by pulling the data behind re-engagement and cold lead conversion programs
Automation & Process Design
Sequencing & Workflows: Configure and build sequencing, outreach automations, alerts, notifications, and email triggers based on requirements from leadership, partnering with Engineering to execute on such projects
Documentation: Document and standardize sales workflows so that as the team grows, processes scale with it
Requirements
Experience: 1-3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CRM administration at a high-growth startup or tech company
CRM Proficiency: Administered a CRM beyond basic usage, building custom fields, flows, reports, dashboards, and managing integrations
Automation Mindset: Built workflows that replaced manual processes with demonstrable examples of sequencing, lead routing, or enrichment automations
Data Fluency: Comfortable pulling and interpreting data from dashboards and analytics tools to support lead scoring and operational decision-making
Communication: Ability to distill complex operational changes into clear messages, docs, or presentations that sales reps and leadership can act on immediately
Mindset: A self-starter who identifies problems and builds solutions without being asked, comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment with minimal direction
