We aim to be the world’s essential source for environmental insights – enabling decisive action and positive outcomes for our customers and their constituents. Our family of innovators offers world-class hydrometeorological technologies and services, including sensors, dataloggers, telemetry, and advanced analytics and software. Our technology and services empower the communities and organizations to survive – and thrive – in the face of escalating environmental risks.
AEM has a strong recurring revenue base and a clear opportunity to accelerate organic growth. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this strategic Revenue Operations (RevOps) leader will define, shape, and execute high-priority growth initiatives that improve new logo acquisition, strengthen pipeline quality, and increase conversion across target accounts. The role will partner closely with sales and executive leadership to optimize selling motions, focus seller activity on the right accounts, and convert our best opportunities more consistently.
We are looking for a data-driven RevOps leader who can streamline our GTM tech stack across our acquired brands to unlock richer insights into seller performance, win rate, sales velocity, and pipeline quality. You will use data, process simplification and influence to hold sellers more accountable to measurable activity aligned to strategy and their next best actions to accelerate growth systematically.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with disciplined execution. They can see the broader GTM system, identify the operating levers that matter, and build the data foundation required for faster, better decisions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own RevOps initiatives that accelerate organic growth, improve new logo acquisition, and increase conversion across priority markets and target accounts.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product leaders to define and prioritize go-to-market (GTM) revenue operations strategies including sales motions, reporting, and performance metrics across the full funnel.
- Provide clear visibility into pipeline health, revenue forecasting, sales velocity, conversion rates, attribution, and seller activity through compelling dashboards built on clean, governed data.
- Drill down on team, seller, and campaign performance using AI-driven analytics, enabling managers to proactively address performance and process gaps.
- Contribute to strategic, annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans and forecasts. Proactively identify and solve operational bottlenecks in sales motions to improve forecasting accuracy, seller activity, pipeline quality, and bookings-to-revenue coverage.
- Own the workflows, data governance, and integration discipline that streamline how data moves across Salesforce, Apollo.io, HubSpot, NetSuite, and future GTM tools.
- Study sales and marketing funnel trends by segment and solution set to inform territory planning, pipeline coverage, and seller/marketer capacity needs.
- Evaluate, pilot, and scale AI tools that improve conversation intelligence, sales engagement, lead scoring, marketing automation, and seller productivity.
