Required Skills and Qualifications • 3-5+ years in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related ops role at a B2B SaaS company. • Experience with sales territory planning, quota management, and sales compensation. • Hands on Salesforce administration experience. • Experience with billing systems, ideally Stripe, and comfort working alongside finance on the billing to revenue connection. • Strong command of MRR, ARR, NRR, churn, and bookings metrics and how to report them. • Comfort building from the ground up in a small company, with strong analytical and communication skills. Benefits · Competitive salary and equity · Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance; life and disability coverage; 401(k) with match · Hybrid work schedule · Opportunities for professional development and career growth · A collaborative, inclusive work environment Equal Opportunity Statement Hatz AI is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
