About Leo Berwick

Leo Berwick is an innovative mergers and acquisitions consulting firm. We are comprised of top tier, experienced advisors from global law and accounting firms that add value to transactions as trusted partners throughout the deal life cycle. At Leo Berwick, we hire the best and the brightest. Our teams deliver a dedicated and customized service to every client.

As a growth-stage company, we move quickly, work collaboratively, and value people who take initiative and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Our culture is grounded in high performance, continuous learning, and the shared ambition to build something exceptional, together.

What we’re looking for

Leo Berwick is looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to own day-to-day administration of the technology and data behind our go-to-market teams. This is a remote-first role, reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, with a preference for candidates based in Atlantic Canada (Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, or Newfoundland and Labrador). You’ll take day-to-day ownership of HubSpot and its connected systems, including CRM data quality, the HubSpot–NetSuite integration, reporting and dashboards, and the data behind account segmentation. Your work will make sure our teams can rely on clean data, effective workflows and practical reporting.

You’ll join Revenue Operations at an important stage. The foundations are in place, but the operating model is still evolving. That gives you real opportunities to improve systems, shape how work gets done and contribute beyond a narrowly defined role. You’ll work closely with the Director of Revenue Operations, Business Development, Marketing and Finance, and gain broad exposure across systems, data, process and enablement.

This is an AI-first role. We expect you to use AI every day to do the work of a bigger team, and to build workflows and agents that keep our go-to-market systems running with the right checks in place.

You’re the right fit for this role if you–

  • Take pride in clean, reliable data and systems people can trust
  • Are analytical and enjoy untangling complex data problems
  • Are resourceful and comfortable with ambiguity, spotting problems early, forming a point of view and taking initiative
  • Communicate clearly, explaining technical issues in plain terms and documenting what you build
  • Already use AI tools such as Claude every day, and your first instinct with repetitive work is to automate it, not do it twice

What you'll do

CRM administration

  • Administer HubSpot day to day, including configuration, pipelines, workflows, permissions and reporting
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand the underlying problem, translate needs into practical system and data solutions

AI and innovation

  • Use AI tools such as Claude to speed up data cleanup, analysis, reporting and documentation
  • Build AI-assisted workflows and agents that connect to our systems and handle repeatable work
  • Experiment with AI across go-to-market operations and recommend practical ways to help the team work more effectively

Data quality and governance

  • Own the accuracy and completeness of account, contact and pipeline data
  • Set and enforce data standards, definitions and ownership rules
  • Run regular audits and fix root causes, not just symptoms
  • Lead bulk imports, migrations and enrichment projects

Integrations and automation

  • Own the connections between HubSpot, NetSuite and other go-to-market tools
  • Monitor integrations and resolve sync issues quickly
  • Automate manual revenue operations work wherever possible

Reporting and account data

  • Build and maintain dashboards for leadership and service lines, turning pipeline, activity and revenue data into clear insights for planning and decision-making
  • Maintain and enrich the account data behind segmentation and targeting
  • Evaluate third-party data sources on coverage, accuracy and cost

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, CRM administration or business systems
  • Hands-on CRM administration experience; HubSpot strongly preferred
  • Strong data skills, with comfort cleaning, reconciling and analyzing large datasets
  • Experience with integration and automation platforms
  • A track record of building dashboards that leaders rely on
  • Experience building and supporting automations in Zapier, Make or an equivalent workflow tools
  • Regular, practical use of AI tools such as Claude in your day-to-day work, with examples of what you’ve built or automated
  • Experience building AI workflows, agents or integrations, such as connecting AI tools to a CRM, is a strong plus
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP, data enrichment platforms, or a professional services or advisory firm is an asset

First 90 days

  1. Days 1–30: Learn the stack. Audit the HubSpot instance, pipelines, properties and workflows. Map the HubSpot–NetSuite sync end to end and meet with the Business Development, Marketing and Finance.
  2. Days 31–60: Take ownership. Become the first line for CRM admin requests and sync errors. Run a full data quality pass on companies and account ownership, and document data definitions.
  3. Days 61–90: Deliver. Ship leadership and service line pipeline dashboards. Stand up a recurring data health report and a refresh process for segmentation and enrichment data.

What success looks like in year one

  • Leadership and every service line run pipeline reviews from HubSpot dashboards, not spreadsheets
  • The HubSpot–NetSuite sync runs reliably, with errors caught and fixed within one business day
  • Company records stay deduplicated, with accurate account ownership and client status
  • Account segmentation data is enriched and refreshed on a set schedule

Benefits & Perks

  • Unlimited paid time off including 2 weeks of disconnected time each year
  • Flexible working arrangements – remote and location flexibility
  • Tuition reimbursement
  • Attractive medical, dental insurance
  • Pension & retirement contributions
  • Monthly fringe benefit stipend (up to $400)
  • Additional benefits to support your physical and mental wellness

Compensation

This is a permanent full-time role offering a base salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 CAD, commensurate with skills, experience, and alignment with the requirements of the role. Placement within this range will be determined based on experience relevant to this role and scope of responsibility.
