Job Description:

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Specialist will support the processes, systems and reporting that power Annuity Health’s sales, marketing and client success teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer or the VP of Marketing, the RevOps Specialist will administer our CRM and go-to-market (GTM) tools, deliver pipeline and performance reporting, and help build scalable processes across the lead-to-revenue lifecycle. This hands-on role works closely with Sales, Client Success, Marketing, Business Operations and Finance, offering broad exposure to senior leadership and a clear path for growth into Revenue Operations leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the weekly pipeline review and forecast call by pulling data, flagging at-risk deals and tracking action items
  • Support annual planning with analysis and models for territory design, quota setting and sales capacity
  • Track marketing and sales funnel performance, including lead-to-opportunity conversion, lead response SLAs and campaign attribution
  • Support the deal desk by managing approval workflows, tracking discounting and keeping pricing and contract templates current
  • Coordinate RFP and proposal responses, maintain the proposal content library, and help assemble assessments, scoping documents and ROI models
  • Calculate and reconcile sales commissions and incentive payouts in partnership with Finance
  • Pull and analyze customer and market data to help refine ideal customer profile (ICP), segmentation and win/loss insights
  • Create and maintain enablement materials and help onboard new sales, marketing and client success hires on GTM tools and processes
  • Identify and test automation and AI tools for reporting, lead scoring and proposal development, following data security and HIPAA-appropriate practices wherever client data is involved

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, business analytics, consulting or a similar analytical role
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot; administrator certification a plus
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, modeling) and strong PowerPoint skills; experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and SQL, a plus
  • Working knowledge of revenue metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, ARR and NRR, and an eagerness to deepen financial acumen
  • Exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare services or health tech is a plus, but not required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels
