About Waterplan

Waterplan is the AI-native platform for water-dependent industries. The world's leading companies, including Amazon, Colgate, and AB InBev, rely on Waterplan to manage their sustainability data and decision making, while reducing risk, cutting costs, and turning sustainability into a competitive advantage. We're a fast-moving, mission-driven team, and we're looking for people who want to build, take real ownership, and help take Waterplan to its next stage of growth.

The Role

As a Revenue Planning Specialist (RPS) on the Marketing team, you play a key role in enabling Waterplan's growth, and everything you do ties back to revenue. You help drive the adoption and growth of our key product lines by owning the campaigns that generate qualified pipeline in the segments each campaign targets.

You do this by executing campaigns end to end, with a varied mix of activities, including events, trips, and webinars, as well as sales assets and content, working closely with the rest of the team, especially Sales and Product Managers. It's a role for someone equal parts operator and strategist: disciplined enough to run a repeatable process end to end, sharp enough to translate a technical product or topic into messaging our buyers care about, and commercially minded enough to keep every activity tied back to revenue.

What You'll Own

● Drive pipeline (your #1 rock). Own marketing-sourced pipeline in your target segments.

● Master the Activity Process and hit your targets. Run the Activity Process end to end for each activity in your campaign — build the target list and execute every key activity on time and to a high quality bar — while tracking results, diagnosing what's working and what isn't, and adjusting targeting, messaging, and timing in-flight so targets are consistently met and improve quarter over quarter.

● Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner with Sales, Solution Specialists, Senior Water Advisors, Product, and Leadership to deliver campaigns, bring commercial and technical credibility, and make sure the pipeline your campaigns create is followed up.

● Be the expert on our product and ICP. Go deep on our solution and on our ideal customer's pains and priorities. Translate the product into language that resonates with the ICP and demonstrates our leadership and expertise, reflected in every activity you run.

● Build external relationships. Cultivate relationships with external comms leaders, industry partners, media, and event/association stakeholders, and convert them into co-created activations, such as joint events, co-authored content, and media placements.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means consistently driving pipeline in your target segments while raising the bar on how we go to market:

● Marketing-sourced pipeline growing quarter over quarter (your #1 rock)

● A fresh, well-managed funnel of ICP-fit opportunities consistently feeding the team

● A consistent cadence of high-quality activities such as webinars, events, and trips executed end to end and on time

● Active external partnerships that regularly turn into co-created activations

● Every activity visibly reflecting our positioning and demonstrating our product expertise

What We're Looking For

● Resourceful — you find a way to get things done and results achieved; a bias for action, and you work around blockers instead of waiting on them

● A fast learner who moves fast — you get up to speed quickly and ship in hours, not days; you'd rather put out a first version and iterate than spend days perfecting something in isolation

● A high quality bar in everything you do — "good enough" isn't, and it shows up across every activity and asset you produce

● Exceptional attention to detail — you usually spot mistakes before anyone else, and your content, data, and materials are bulletproof

● A natural relationship builder — you build trust quickly and cultivate relationships

● Strong communication skills — clear, compelling writing and storytelling; you translate complex topics into messaging people actually care about

● Comfort using AI in your day-to-day workflows, and an interest in building AI-assisted ways of working

● Bilingual (English/Spanish)

● A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing (or equivalent)
● Location: Buenos Aires

Nice to Have

● Previous experience in marketing, growth, or revenue operations

● Previous experience in sustainability, water, climate, or a technical/scientific B2B category

● Previous experience in a fast-moving startup or 0-to-1 environment, where you built the process while running it.
