Revenue Retention Specialist

Job Description This is a remote position. In this role, you'll protect and recover Zenatta's Zoho partner commissions by keeping client accounts, licenses, and partner tags accurately mapped and up to date. You'll work closely with the CRM, the Zoho Partner Store, and Zenatta's consulting team to catch discrepancies before they cost the company revenue, and to re-engage clients whose accounts put commission at risk. This is not a technical or development role, but working knowledge of Zoho's CRM and partner/commission structure is required. Primary Duties • Audit pending and unpaid commissions against Zoho's records to identify discrepancies • Audit new client signups to verify correct and timely partner tag association, catching missed or delayed commission triggers • Map Zoho Profile IDs to the correct accounts in the CRM • Maintain client account mapping and update records when accounts change (ownership, tier, tag status) • Audit license counts and flag discrepancies between purchased and billed licenses across accounts (escalate for correction, not responsible for fixing directly) • Monitor accounts for at-risk or lapsing partner tags and intervene to keep the tag active, since commission flow depends on it • Re-engage inactive clients specifically where inactivity threatens tag or subscription status • Notify the assigned consultant of positive licensing signals on inactive accounts (e.g., a client adds 10+ users or upgrades a license) • Field client billing questions related to Zenatta's own invoicing • Flag and alert on possible commission or account-mapping issues, and escalate confirmed issues to the Partner Store team Requirements • Working knowledge of Zoho CRM and the Zoho Partner/commission structure required; this is not a technical or development role • Must work during US business hours/timezones; residency in the US is not required • Comfortable auditing and reconciling data across systems (CRM, Partner Store, billing records) • Strong attention to detail, especially with financial and licensing data • Clear, professional written and verbal communication for client outreach and internal escalation • Self-starter who can manage a recurring audit workload with minimal oversight Benefits • Hourly position: $15/hr • This is an hourly role and is not eligible for standard company benefits
