Job Summary

The Revenue Systems Manager is responsible for the strategy, administration, optimization, and governance of RowCal's revenue technology ecosystem. This role serves as the connection between revenue operations and technology, ensuring systems, processes, integrations, and reporting support business growth and operational efficiency. The Revenue Systems Manager partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Vendor Services, Construction, Finance, and Technology teams to translate business objectives into scalable systems solutions while driving automation, data integrity, user adoption, and platform performance across the revenue technology stack.

Role and Responsibilities

REVENUE SYSTEMS STRATEGY & ADMNISTRATION

  • Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoom Revenue Accelerator, and related revenue platforms.
  • Develop and execute the roadmap for revenue systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and growth initiatives.
  • Evaluate existing tools and recommend enhancements, consolidations, or new technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain governance standards, documentation, change management processes, and platform best practices.

BUSINESS PROCESS IMPROVEMENT & AUTOMATION

  • Partner with revenue leaders to understand sales motions, operational challenges, and strategic goals.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable workflows, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI to improve team productivity and user experience.
  • Design and maintain efficient lead-to-sale and customer lifecycle processes across revenue-generating business units.

SYSTEMS INTEGRATION & TECHNOLOGY DELIVERY

  • Manage integrations between revenue platforms and operational, financial, and reporting systems.
  • Partner with technical teams and developers to define requirements, prioritize work, oversee testing, and support implementation activities.
  • Ensure system changes are delivered through structured release management, including testing, documentation, training, and deployment planning.
  • Coordinate with vendors and consultants to deliver specialized projects and support ongoing platform enhancements.

DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTING

  • Establish and maintain consistent business definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
  • Build and maintain executive dashboards and operational reporting to support decision-making.
  • Ensure revenue data accuracy, integrity, and alignment across systems and reporting environments.
  • Partner with Finance and Technology teams to improve data visibility, forecasting accuracy, and business intelligence capabilities.
  • Support initiatives related to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise reporting platforms.

USER ADOPTION & CHANGE MANAGEMENT

  • Lead change management efforts for systems implementations and process modifications.
  • Develop training materials, process documentation, and user enablement programs.
  • Support users through onboarding, system enhancements, and adoption initiatives.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve system usability and business processes.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor platform health, usage, adoption, and return on investment.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple departments and initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Operations, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Revenue Systems, or similar roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Experience managing CRM platforms, revenue technology stacks, integrations, workflows, and reporting solutions.
  • Experience building dashboards and presenting insights to senior leadership.
  • Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing vendors, consultants, and cross-functional business initiatives.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution

Preferred Skills

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  • Experience with Zoom Revenue Accelerator or similar sales intelligence tools.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Tableau, or modern data warehouse environments.
  • Familiarity with CINC Systems or property management technology platforms.
  • Background supporting recurring revenue environments, field services, property management, HOA management, or multi-site operations.
  • Experience with revenue forecasting, billing processes, revenue recognition, or finance system integrations

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, virtually, and in writing.
  • Ability to occasionally travel for meetings, training, and company events.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the workday as needed.

Pay Range

The estimated starting base pay range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000 per year. This good faith estimate is based upon RowCal's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends on many factors including each employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
