Role Summary
We're seeking a RevOps Developer to build custom solutions and integrations that power our revenue operations. You'll develop automation, integrate systems, and create technical solutions that enhance our RevOps platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Flows, and Salesforce/HubSpot APIs
- Design and build system integrations between revenue platforms and third-party tools
- Create and maintain custom automation solutions beyond out-of-box capabilities
- Develop and optimize data synchronization processes across platforms
- Build custom reporting and analytics solutions to support revenue insights
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following best practices
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes
- Collaborate with RevOps team to translate business requirements into technical implementations
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
- Support platform migrations and data transformation projects
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of development experience with Salesforce and/or HubSpot platforms
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and REST APIs
- Strong understanding of CRM data models and relational databases
- Experience building integrations (Zapier, Workato, MuleSoft, or similar)
- Solid knowledge of SQL and data transformation concepts
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team
- Git and version control experience
- Salesforce Developer Certification or HubSpot developer certification preferred
