RevOps Engineer | Emergence
Remote (APAC & Egypt) | Full-time | GTM Center of Excellence | US-based firm
Emergence is a US-based, Pritzker-backed private equity firm that acquires and scales B2B software companies across healthcare, automotive, and software infrastructure. We build shared capabilities, like GTM, that make every portfolio company faster and more valuable.
THE ROLE
Own the GTM systems that run across our portfolio. Each acquired company brings its own CRM, data, and sales process; you turn that into a connected, automated stack, then package it so the next company onboards faster. Ops first, outbound second. A GTM expert guides architecture and reviews each step. Scope expands to other verticals (sourcing, talent, etc.).
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work with company teams to get data access, then ingest, clean, dedupe, load, and route data into a CRM in Emergence's name
- Configure CRM, marketing automation, and CPQ (Salesforce, HubSpot): fields, pipelines, permissions, imports, dedup, suppression
- Integrate systems via APIs, webhooks, MCPs, cron jobs, and VMs; own auth, rate limits, and sync fixes
- Map every process before building; document each build as a reusable playbook
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in RevOps or GTM engineering with hands-on builds
- Deep Salesforce or HubSpot expertise; quick to ramp on others
- Daily AI-assisted building (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar), plus Python and SQL to fix its code
- Hands-on with APIs, webhooks, MCPs, and fixing broken syncs
NICE TO HAVE
- Outbound: designed sequences and programs and ran them end to end
- Deployed the same systems across companies or business units
- Contact enrichment and data sourcing: coverage, quality, and cost tradeoffs
- Built AI agents or agentic workflows
WHAT WE OFFER
Competitive USD pay (fixed + variable), ownership of GTM systems across a growing portfolio, and a playbook that grows with every company.
