🌊 Who are we?
We're a smart hydration company rebuilding an industry that still runs on sugar water and single-use packaging.
Filtered water, functional flavors, zero bottles. Still, sparkling, cold, and hot. All poured from one tap. We create hydration people want to reach for, starting with the workplace where we help teams thrive.
As an AI-native company, we build at speed. In 2025, Aquablu ranked 2nd in the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 (Netherlands) and 30th in the Sifted 250 (Europe), both rankings of the fastest-growing companies by revenue growth. In 2026 we were named a winner of Maya's Culture 100 Europe Awards as one of the best workplaces to thrive in.
Growing that fast and thriving comes down to our people. Our team is our biggest asset and one that we’re proud of. We’re committed to maintaining our vibrant culture as we continue to grow.
About the role
Aquablu's revenue engine needs one owner.
That's you. As our AI-native RevOps Manager and GTM Engineer, you own our Revenue Architecture end to end. The Bowtie is how we operate from Lead to Expansion, and you run it. You set the canonical definitions and the KPI tree the whole commercial team works from. You build the forecast engines across Direct, Indirect, and Enterprise, and you run commission and compensation operations. Then you build the AI operating layer on top, so the commercial org's routine work runs without anyone chasing it.
You're a mid-level individual contributor reporting to the VP GTM.
What you'll do
Own the Bowtie as operating model, the canonical definitions in one auditable home, the KPI tree, unit economics and CAC per motion; translate the plan into targets and systems and close the impact loop with prospect and customer evidence
Own the forecast engines across Direct, Indirect and Enterprise; run centralised, signal-led prospecting so sellers sell; run the reporting rhythm and pipeline attribution with defined metric owners
Co-deliver the deal-to-cash overhaul from contract to ledger, exceptions visible and owned
Make demand generation proactive: own signal-based flows that detect buying triggers (intent, hiring, office moves, visitor identification, telemetry), route them into BDR feeds, campaigns and ABM clusters in HubSpot and Lemlist, and prove per source which signals produce SQLs and drive conversion
Own the AE ARR plan, BDR point scheme and Channel Manager plan end-to-end — documentation, per-seller calculators, HubSpot sync, payout workbook; run the quarterly payout with Finance reconciled to HubSpot; model and cost plan changes before they are announced
Own the GTM skill library and Claude-powered HubSpot automations as monitored scheduled routines; build where a repeated question exists, retire what nobody uses; operationalise playbooks in HubSpot and Notion and own the technical certification gate in commercial onboarding
About you
Three to seven years in RevOps, GTM Engineering, or Sales Operations at a recurring-revenue business. SaaS, hardware-enabled SaaS, or usage-based, you know how the money moves.
You've owned a CRM as the system of record. In HubSpot, that means custom objects, lifecycle and pipeline design, property and segmentation architecture, and every system connected to it.
You think in revenue architecture, not funnels. The Bowtie data model is how you see the business and conversion rates are how you read it. When a number misses, you trace it back to the one step that broke.
You build with AI. A GTM tool or automation goes from idea to working prototype in hours. You've got the technical depth (APIs, scripting, low-code through to code) to take it all the way to implementation.
You speak model and money. KPI trees, unit economics, forecast cadence, and commission cycles are shared language between you and Finance.
You start with definitions and write everything down. When the number's bad, you publish it anyway. The fix ships the same day.
You are fluent in English and based in or close to Amsterdam.
Nice to have
None of these are required. Each one gives you a head start.
Winning by Design Revenue Architecture, whether you hold the certification or just work fluently in the framework.
You've run commission operations end to end. That covers the calculators, the payout reconciliation, and the plan changes mid-year.
You've implemented deal-to-cash or subscription billing, so you know what happens to a deal after it closes.
You've built scheduled AI agents or LLM-based automations on top of a CRM that run on their own and keep running.
You speak German or another European language alongside English.
