About Hauler Hero

Hauler Hero builds the operating system for residential and commercial waste haulers, including dispatch, routing, billing, payments, customer management, reporting, and the driver app that ties field operations together.

Our customers are private hauler owners, operators, and municipal waste leaders running essential services every day. Many are still managing their businesses through paper tickets, whiteboards, spreadsheets, disconnected systems, and legacy software. The result is missed revenue, messy routes, limited visibility, and too much time spent fighting fires instead of growing the business.

Today, we serve 240+ haulers across the country and are scaling quickly. We are a well-funded, fast-moving vertical SaaS company bringing modern software to an essential industry where the customer need is clear and the opportunity is large.

About the Role

We are looking for a LATAM-based contractor to own the configuration of HubSpot and revenue operations for marketing, and to make HubSpot one shared system across Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.

Most of your time will go into HubSpot itself: properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, permissions and integrations. You will set the standards for how leads, sources and deals are tracked, build the tracking that connects every channel and event to closed deals, and produce the reports leadership uses to decide where to invest.

This is not a data-entry role. We need someone who understands how a B2B funnel works end to end, designs clean systems other teams actually follow, and can tell a clear story with the numbers.

What You’ll Own

HubSpot Configuration and Administration

You will configure and maintain HubSpot day to day: properties, deal pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, sequences, user roles and permissions, imports and deduplication.

You will connect HubSpot to the tools around it, including our WordPress website, forms, tracking code, chat, ad platforms and event lead lists.

HubSpot Standards

You will define and maintain HubSpot standards across departments: lead sources, lifecycle and deal stages, required fields and naming conventions, agreed with Sales and Customer Success.

You will keep pipeline data clean and current.

Tracking and Attribution

You will set up and maintain conversion tracking across our website, ad platforms and events, including UTM conventions and offline conversion imports, so every channel is tracked through to won deals.

Lead Handoff and Nurturing

You will build the lead routing and handoff between Marketing and Sales, with clear follow-up rules.

You will work with our LinkedIn automation and nurturing agency on email and nurture workflows in HubSpot.

Reporting

You will build the dashboards and the monthly marketing scorecard that show new ARR, pipeline and won deals by channel and event.

You will move recurring reports from manual work to automation.

Email Operations

You will manage email operations in HubSpot, including lists, segmentation and deliverability.

What We’re Looking For

The strongest candidates will likely have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations or CRM administration

  • Deep, hands-on HubSpot configuration experience across Marketing and Sales Hubs, including properties, pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, permissions, reports and dashboards

  • A clear understanding of B2B funnels, attribution and lead management

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, UTM tracking and ad-platform conversion tracking

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with spreadsheets

  • Strong written and spoken English, comfortable working with U.S.-based Sales and leadership

  • Ability to get different teams to agree on and follow shared standards

  • Reliable high-speed internet and availability during core U.S. business hours

Bonus Points

  • HubSpot certifications

  • Experience connecting HubSpot to WordPress, including the HubSpot plugin, forms and tracking

  • Experience in B2B SaaS

  • Experience with offline conversion imports for Google, Meta or LinkedIn Ads

  • Experience with Zapier, Make or similar automation tools

  • Basic SQL or data-visualization experience

What Success Looks Like

First 30 Days — Learn

You will learn Hauler Hero's product, funnel and teams, audit our HubSpot configuration and tracking, check the connection with our WordPress website, and document what's missing.

First 60 Days — Build

You will agree HubSpot standards with Sales and Customer Success, reconfigure properties, pipelines and lifecycle stages, and get paid media and newsletter activity tracked through to won deals.

First 90 Days — Own

You will own HubSpot and marketing reporting, deliver the monthly scorecard, and have events tracked through to pipeline and won deals.

Location and Work Style

This is a remote contractor role for candidates based in LATAM, with a preference for candidates in Argentina or similar U.S.-aligned time zones.

Candidates must have strong English writing and speaking skills, reliable high-speed internet, and availability to work during core U.S. business hours.

What We Offer

  • A front-row seat at a well-funded, fast-growing company transforming an essential industry

  • Direct impact on how Hauler Hero measures growth and decides where to invest

  • The opportunity to build revenue operations for marketing from the ground up

  • A highly cross-functional role with visibility across marketing, sales, customer success and leadership

  • Remote-first flexibility with a distributed team

  • Modern tools, strong internal support, and room to shape process as the company scales
