We're looking for a technical RevOps Manager to own and optimize our revenue engine, with HubSpot at the center.

YOUR TALENT

You're the kind of person who wakes up thinking about how to make the funnel convert better, the data cleaner and the handoffs faster.

Must haves:
- 3+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops or Marketing Ops, with deep HubSpot experience (Operations Hub, workflows, custom objects, reporting)
- Solid Python skills (scripting, API work, data handling)
- Strong SQL and database knowledge
- Experience with the HubSpot API and integrating third-party tools- Analytical, data-driven mindset with a focus on revenue outcomes
- Clear written communication in English- Availability for overlap with CET working hours

Nice to haves:
- HubSpot certifications
- Experience with data warehouses or BI tools (e.g. BigQuery, Looker Studio, Metabase)
- B2B SaaS or services background- Experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n)

HAVE AN IMPACT

- Own our HubSpot setup end to end: CRM, workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, sequences, reporting
- Design and maintain the revenue process from lead to renewal across marketing, sales and customer success- Build integrations and automations between HubSpot and other tools (API, webhooks, middleware)
- Write Python scripts and SQL queries for data cleanup, enrichment, migrations and reporting
- Build dashboards and funnel reports that show what's working and what isn't
- Keep data quality high: deduplication, property governance, clear definitions
- Spot bottlenecks, propose fixes and implement them
