Why You’ll Love Working Here
At SimuTech Group, we truly believe we are driving innovation and changing the world through the power of engineering simulation. Our growing team of energetic, tech-savvy professionals works hard every day to inspire our clients to push the boundaries of innovation and deliver transformational products. If you are motivated and driven by a culture where strong work ethic and passion are rewarded, then a career with SimuTech Group may be for you.
Looking for your next career move? Help today’s engineers build tomorrow’s products by delivering solutions and guidance through the power of simulation.
What Makes This Role Great
• Solve different problems every day. Instead of spending years designing the same product, you'll tackle a wide variety of engineering challenges across different industries, customers, and technologies.
• Surround yourself with technical experts. Work alongside experienced engineers with diverse specialties who enjoy sharing knowledge, exchanging ideas, and solving tough problems together. There's always someone to learn from—and opportunities to share your own expertise.
• Keep learning and growing. Deepen your expertise while exploring new applications, simulation techniques, and technologies that you might never encounter in a traditional engineering role.
• Make a real impact. Work directly with customers to solve challenging engineering problems, improve their products, and contribute to their success.
• Enjoy independence and collaboration. Take ownership of your work while being part of a flexible, supportive team that's always willing to help.

Deliver Technical Support
Provide support to ANSYS electromagnetic software users via phone, email, and in-person interaction
Troubleshoot modeling challenges, simulation workflows, and technical issues
Support Pre-Sales Activities
Collaborate with account managers to assess customer needs
Answer technical questions during the sales process
Deliver software demonstrations and technical presentations
Provide Technical Training
Teach ANSYS courses at client sites, online, and in SimuTech offices across the U.S. and Canada
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Hands-on experience with ANSYS tools such as HFSS, SIwave, or EMC Plus
• Must be authorized to work permanently in the U.S. or Canada
Core Skills
• Strong background in high-frequency electromagnetics, circuits, and numerical methods
• Ability to support pre-sales efforts through technical expertise

Technical Expertise — At Least ONE Core Area Required
We are looking for strong experience in at least ONE of the following three technical areas—not all three. You do not need to be an expert in every topic listed. The bullets below are examples of relevant experience within each specialty, not a checklist you must satisfy.
1. EMI/EMC & Device Modeling
• EMI/EMC simulation (e.g., MIL-STD-461G)
• Conducted and radiated emissions, ESD, lightning, susceptibility
• Complex system modeling (PCBAs, enclosures, cable assemblies)
• Circuit modeling (filters, chokes, ferrite beads, etc.)
2. Antenna & RF Design
• Antenna modeling and optimization in HFSS
• Large-scale antenna placement simulation
• Phased array design and simulation
• RF feed and matching network analysis
3. Signal & Power Integrity
• High-speed channel modeling (S-parameters, TDR, eye diagrams)
• Transmission line modeling in HFSS or SIwave
• Power integrity and AC extraction of PCB power rails
Preferred / Additional Qualifications
*The following are valuable but not required. Experience in any of these areas is a plus.
• Master's degree in Engineering
• Additional experience in other technical specialties, including signal/power integrity, RF/microwave, or antenna applications
• Exposure to low-frequency electronics (motors, transformers, etc.)
• System-level modeling (TwinBuilder or Simulink)
• Interest in multiphysics simulation (thermal, structural, fluids, acoustics)
• CAD modeling experience (3D geometry creation or simplification)
• Familiarity with optimization and DOE methods
• Basic programming/scripting (Python, C#, .NET, C++, etc.)
• Experience leveraging AI tools for automation and workflows
