About the role


Join Bolton Clarke in a broad, high-impact role supporting enterprise risk and internal audit delivery. You will partner with leaders and executives, provide practical advice and reporting, and help strengthen governance, controls and risk capability across the organisation.

Key activities

  • Maintain the enterprise risk management framework and provide practical risk advice, training and reporting.
  • Support internal audit planning, delivery, reporting, and recommendation tracking.
  • Partner with leaders to strengthen governance, compliance, controls and risk practices.
  • Support business continuity, crisis response, insurance and compliance programs as required.
  • Prepare committee reporting and monitor audit actions, risks and recommendations.

About you


You are a practical and collaborative risk, assurance or internal audit professional who can translate complex requirements into clear advice. You build credibility with stakeholders, exercise sound judgement and deliver accurate reporting in a complex organisation.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • A degree or certification in business, health, governance, risk, internal audit, compliance or a related discipline.
  • Experience in governance, risk, compliance or internal audit within a complex organisation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing risk or audit reports and tracking actions and recommendations.
  • The ability to work across functions and build a positive risk and controls culture.
  • Risk management or internal audit qualifications are highly regarded.
  • Healthcare, aged care or assurance experience is desirable.
