As our Risk Management Advisor, you'll work across the organisation to support enterprise risk management, insurance, claims and business continuity initiatives that help protect Casey and our community. You'll partner with a diverse range of stakeholders, contribute to key risk improvement projects and help strengthen risk management practices across the organisation.

You'll play an important role in coordinating claims management activities, supporting the ongoing development of Casey's enterprise risk framework, maintaining risk information and delivering advice and support to stakeholders across Council.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working autonomously, building strong relationships, analysing information and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll deliver

  • Provide advice, training and support to stakeholders on risk, insurance and business continuity matters.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in a risk, insurance, claims or related administration environment.
  • Strong analytical, research and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare objective correspondence and reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • The confidence to build productive relationships and work effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to work autonomously and achieve outcomes with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute positively within a collaborative team environment.
