  • Collaborate across Health & Safety, Wellbeing, Operations and other functional teams to integrate physical and psychosocial risk management into business practices.

Who You Are: You are an experienced health and safety professional with a strong background in management systems and continuous improvement. You thrive in complex environments, combining technical expertise and stakeholder engagement to deliver practical, sustainable safety outcomes.

You will hold the following skills & experience:

  • Experience working with health and safety systems, data management, analytics, reporting and performance dashboards.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex legislative, regulatory and organisational requirements and translate them into practical and user-friendly processes and documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across all levels of an organisation.
