RnD Project Manager

DK NEJET is a Ukrainian–Latvian software-driven defense-tech group designing and manufacturing autonomous next-generation FPV drone systems for modern warfare. Our cost-effective solutions span both air-to-ground and air-to-air (interceptor) domains, addressing the full spectrum of modern battlefield needs.
With a team of over 100 people, we operate from two locations — Kyiv and Riga — each hosting an R&D center and a production site, along with key functions such as sales, marketing, HR, and finance.

We are looking for a systematic and proactive Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of the company's internal and external initiatives within the R&D department.

Requirements

• Practical project management experience (3+ years).

• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

• Ability to translate business requirements into clear tasks.

• Experience in developing project documentation, resource planning, and risk assessment.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing initiatives from the concept/idea stage to successful release.

• Collecting, detailing, and structuring requirements for initiatives.

• Building roadmaps and timelines, estimating deadlines, and managing resource plans.

• Monitoring progress, managing risks, and resolving blockers.

• Regular status tracking of projects for the team and management.

• Communicating and collaborating closely with Product Managers, Production, Supply Chain/Procurement, and other adjacent units.

Nice to have

• Experience with UAV will be a major plus.
