Reporting to our Transport, Land and Water Service Group Leader, you will lead the Aurecon experience for our Road team by ensuring a bright future of work that is interesting and challenging to our team, profitable for Aurecon and beneficial to the clients and communities we operate in. You will lead a team with a view to expand the practice focused on delivering road infrastructure solutions to transport, energy & Industrial, and defense clients and have a commitment to providing an exceptional client experience to support our growth aspirations for WA & NT. This is a leadership role in our business with significant career progression opportunities. Your role will include: Lead the execution of Aurecon’s Corporate Strategy, “The Blueprint,” as applicable to the Practice Lead our people and develop our team’s capability Lead and govern the delivery of the project portfolio Work Collaboratively with Industry and Client Leads to engage with clients, secure revenue opportunities and grow market share with our chosen clients Develop and maintain a strong client network Engage collaboratively across the business to bring the best of Aurecon to our clients. As well as experience in a Roads leadership role , you will also have: Tertiary qualified engineer with experience within the roads or affiliated engineering area. Leadership of diverse and inclusive teams delivering exceptional outcomes Commercial, risk, quality and project team management with a focus on continuous improvement A relationship focus, both within Aurecon and within the marketplace The ability to lead and work effectively across geographic and cultural boundaries to create and promote a collaborative culture Think you know Aurecon?
