We, a global brands regional representative firm based in Dubai, are seeking a
Robotics and Software Engineering Intern
(remote position, international applicants are encouraged to apply) to contribute to the development of our client's technical and educational products in the Middle East. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring engineer to gain practical experience in robotics, coding, and software development within a fast-paced environment. Additional work may also be assigned for the North America market for other brands.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and testing of robotics software and hardware.
Write and debug code in languages like Python, C++, or ROS (Robot Operating System).
Help with data collection and analysis to improve our robotic systems.
Contribute to teaching materials, training and documentation for technical processes and project details.
Collaborate with the team on troubleshooting and solving technical challenges.
Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical/Mechatronics/Electronics/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or C++.
Familiarity with robotics concepts or platforms (e.g., ROS, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to train, work independently and as part of a remote team.
