Role: Mantl Expert (Digital Account Opening / Onboarding Specialist ) Remote / WFO / Hybrid: Hybrid with some travel to Detroit Hire Type (FTE/Contract): Contract Project Duration: 12+ months Rate: Depends on Experience (DOE) Expected Start Date: 01-Apr-26 Summary: Lead the implementation of Mantl digital account opening platform to enable seamless consumer and commercial deposit onboarding. Responsibilities Configure Mantl workflows for retail and commercial deposit account onboarding. Integrate Mantl with Fiserv DNA core and Alloy identity verification. Customize UX flows, document capture, and e-signature processes. Ensure compliance with banking regulations and disclosures. Optimize conversion rates and digital onboarding KPIs. Coordinate with marketing, operations, and compliance teams. Experience requirement: 5+ years’ experience in digital banking and onboarding platforms. Proven Mantl implementation experience. Strong knowledge of retail/commercial deposit operations. Flexible work from home options available.
