Role Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Role Operations Expert to support and improve Identity & Access Management processes, ensuring secure and compliant access across the organization. The role involves managing roles and permissions, handling user access requests, supporting audits and clean-ups, and ensuring consistent execution of controls (e.g., SOX) through continuous analysis and improvement. Role Insights: Support access reviews, role & user clean-up, and remediation processes. Collaborate with IT security, audit, and business teams to ensure compliant access provisioning. Review user access management and role design processes. Participate in the design of business and application roles. Analyze task-based roles and manage the role catalogue within the IDM system. Manage the lifecycle of business roles and permissions. Handle end-user requests related to role assignments. Execute SOX controls in user access management. What Makes You Unique: Bachelor’s degree. Strong knowledge of SoD concepts, access control, and IAM. Experience in role design and user access management (SAP & non-SAP systems). Good understanding of access, authorization processes, and role creation. Familiarity with SOX and audit requirements. Ability to work in an international environment with diverse stakeholders. Strong English communication skills. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have: Experience with GRC tools. Knowledge of IBM Security Identity Governance and Intelligence (IDM SVG) for access reviews and automated provisioning.
