Job Description Roll-Out Manager - Insurance Core Platform (ICP) Your Tasks End-to-end responsibility for the international roll-out of the Insurance Core Platform (Underwriting, Contract, Claims) across decentralized Corporate & Specialty units Ensuring successful adoption and sustainable integration of the platform into the day-to-day operations of local entities Development of local business cases as well as measurement of adoption and usage Identification of challenges during the roll-out, derivation of concrete improvement measures, and hands-on implementation Acting as a central interface between global product management, IT management (agile release trains according to SAFe), and local business and IT units Planning, coordination, and management of all roll-out activities, including timelines, dependencies, risks, and progress tracking Moderation and coordination of international stakeholders across multiple hierarchy levels Design and implementation of change, communication, and enablement initiatives (e.g. training formats, roll-out concepts, support models) Ensuring a smooth transition from technical implementation to operational use Preparation of status updates, progress reports, risks, and decision requirements for agile governance and relevant steering committees Your Profile University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration / Economics, IT, or a comparable field Several years of experience in roll-out, implementation, or enablement management of complex IT solutions Experience working in international or decentralized organizational structures Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills across all hierarchy levels Experience managing change and enablement initiatives at the interface between business and IT Experience working in agile environments (e.g. SAFe or hybrid setups) Experience in the (industrial/corporate) insurance sector is a plus High level of ownership combined with strong execution and results orientation Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style, even in complex transformation initiatives Very good German and English skills, written and spoken (business fluent) Flexible working hours Flexitime arrangements and flexible working time models allow for a perfect work-life balance – however it suits you.
