Role Description The Romania Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Romania. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing local marketing and business development activities, managing client relationships, and coordinating language courses using Lingua Learn’s systems and teaching network. The partner will use the provided e-commerce website and CRM to handle inquiries, enrollments, and ongoing client communication while ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role also involves recruiting and coordinating local staff or freelance trainers as needed, collaborating closely with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, administration, and academics. The franchise partner is expected to drive growth in the Romanian market by identifying opportunities, building partnerships, and promoting Lingua Learn’s online language and corporate training solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, partners, and trainers effectively.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities and inform business decisions.
- Experience in Training, education, or learning and development, preferably in language or skills training.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship, ideally within the education or e-learning sector.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Fluency in Romanian and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms.
- Understanding of the Romanian education or corporate training landscape is beneficial.
