Romanian-speaking Sales Closer

We're looking for a Romanian-speaking Sales Closer to join a female online fitness coach's growing team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales calls with warm leads.
• Build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Follow up with prospects and update the CRM.
• Attend mandatory team meetings.

Requirements

• Fluent Romanian speaker.
• Previous sales closing experience (high-ticket sales is a plus).
• Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.

Compensation

• Full-time remote
• 10% commission on every sale (uncapped earning potential)

Working Hours

• Preferred start time: around 12:00 PM (Noon) EEST
• Flexible schedule, with attendance required for mandatory meetings.
