We’re looking for a full-time Rostering and On Call Coordinator to join our team and help us deliver seamless, responsive care across Australia.

What you’ll do and who you’ll work with:
You’ll be part of our Rostering Support Team, working closely with Helper Coordinators and the Team Leader to ensure all scheduled Member visits are delivered. You’ll play a key role in arranging coverage for emergency and short-term vacancies, and help match Members with the right Helpers.
We’re hiring for one full-time role with shifts Sunday - Thursday (7.6 hours per day) between the hours of 6:00am and 8:00pm AEST.
Our rostering team operates 365 days a year, with active shifts:

What you’ll do and who you’ll work with:

Our rostering team operates 365 days a year, with active shifts:
- Mon–Fri: 6:00am–8:00pm AEST
- Sat–Sun: 6:00am–5:00pm AEST
- You may also be rostered for On Call support outside these hours.
- Using our software and app to identify and contact suitable Helpers for short-term, one-off, and emergency services.
- Rostering both independent contractor and employee Helpers.
- Collaborating with Care Teams to creatively solve rostering challenges.
- Communicating roster changes to Members and their Care Teams.
- Answering hotline calls and texts from Helpers and Members, triaging and resolving queries.
- Ensuring Helper compliance with aged care and NDIS screening requirements.
- 1+ years of rostering experience (essential).
- Experience in health, aged care, community care, or disability sectors (highly regarded).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Understanding of Aged Care and NDIS workforce compliance (or willingness to learn).
- Familiarity with the Fair Work Act and SCHADS award (highly regarded).
- Strong tech skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

- Flexible working – based at our South Brisbane HQ, with the option to work from home a few days a week. (If Brisbane based. Remote applications welcome too.)
