Rotating Equipment Team Leader - Algeria

ISS International Spa is looking for a Rotating Equipment Team Leader for a Gas Field located in the Algerian Desert.

Mission: Resource will be responsible of managing a maintenance team across five operational sites, with Rotating equipment mainly manufactured by GE, Siemens and Solar.

Main responsibilities:

• Accountable for safe maintenance, inspections, and intrusive maintenance of Rotating Equipment.

• Visiting the work site regularly to stay informed of the progress and deviations and to offer assistance to those performing the work.

• Delivering all maintenance and inspection activities to the current business plan, allowing for safe shutdowns of equipment for intrusive maintenance.

• Accountable for the line management of all the maintenance disciplines within the Rotating Equipment team (mechanical, Instrument, and condition monitoring engineers)

• Manage plant availability losses and provide remedial actions. Prepare and manage maintenance (OPEX) budgets in support of the financial controllers.

• Encouraging & supporting Engineers and technicians in safety awareness.

• Working schedule: 12 hours a day / 7 days a week

• Rotation: 28 days ON / 28 days OFF inclusive of travelling days
