We are looking for a motivated RPA Developer to join our growing technology team and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of intelligent automation solutions.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate technologies. The role requires hands-on experience with automation development, system integrations, and process optimization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop (PAD) and Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Integrate Python scripts for data processing, business logic, and automation tasks.
- Develop and maintain API integrations using REST and SOAP services.
- Automate business processes within remote and virtual environments, including RDP and Citrix.
- Create automated reporting solutions from internal systems and data sources.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling mechanisms to ensure workflow reliability.
- Collaborate with business analysts and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Perform testing, documentation, deployment, and production support activities.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in RPA development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate Cloud and Desktop.
- Experience integrating and executing Python scripts within automation workflows.
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, and custom connectors.
- Experience automating processes within RDP and Citrix environments.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and documentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure services.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint Online.
- Understanding of Power Platform administration and governance practices.
- Experience with additional RPA platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
- Basic knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks, including GDPR and DORA.
