RPA Developer (Core role for bot building & maintenance)

RPA Developer (UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism) Department: Digital Transformation / IT / Operations Excellence Location: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad (Hybrid) Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: Banking / Financial Services Role Purpose As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining bots to automate high-volume, rule-based processes. Your work will directly improve operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across banking departments. Key Responsibilities Develop automation workflows using UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. Integrate bots with core banking systems, ERPs, CRMs, Excel, APIs, and databases. Create and maintain technical documentation, including test cases and support manuals. Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to translate requirements into automation. Perform bot testing, deployment, and maintenance. Qualifications Bachelor's in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering. 24 years of RPA development experience (UiPath/AA/Blue Prism). Certified in at least one RPA platform. Basic understanding of .NET, Python, or Java. Strong knowledge of SQL, Excel, and API integration. Exposure to banking systems (Finacle, Temenos, etc.). Bonus Skills Experience with OCR, NLP, or Power Automate. Familiarity with SBP regulations and banking compliance.
