RPA Solution Architect

Developer Role and Responsibilities : We're looking for a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end design and delivery of enterprise automation solutions across RPA and intelligent automation platforms. You'll own the technical architecture from discovery through deployment, working closely with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams. Key Responsibilities : Design end-to-end automation architecture — process assessment, solution design, infrastructure planning, and deployment strategy Lead technical implementation across **UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism**, selecting the right tool based on use case, scalability, and client landscape Define architecture standards, reusable frameworks, and coding/design best practices across automation teams Conduct feasibility studies and technical due diligence for complex automation initiatives Design solutions integrating RPA with APIs, databases, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) Own non-functional requirements: scalability, security, exception handling, logging, and disaster recovery Guide developers through solution design documents (SDD), PDD reviews, and code/architecture reviews Manage bot orchestration, licensing, environment setup (dev/test/prod), and CI/CD pipelines for automation deployment Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions Provide technical governance, risk mitigation, and escalation support across the automation program Mentor RPA developers and support capability building within the team Qualifications and Skills 8+ years total IT experience, with 5+ years specifically in RPA/intelligent automation architecture Hands-on architecture-level experience across **UiPath, Power Automate, and Blue Prism** (multi-tool exposure is mandatory, not single-platform) Proven track record delivering end-to-end automation solutions — from discovery/assessment to production go-live Strong understanding of RPA architecture components: Orchestrator/Control Room, robots, queues, credential/asset management Hands-on experience with **Document Understanding** frameworks (UiPath Document Understanding, AI Builder, IQ Bot) for structured/semi-structured/unstructured data extraction Experience with **ABBYY FlexiCapture / ABBYY OCR** for intelligent document processing and integration with RPA workflows Experience with process assessment and automation feasibility (COE frameworks) Working knowledge of integration patterns — APIs, web services, databases (SQL), and enterprise applications Exposure to AI/ML-enabled automation is a strong plus Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization concepts Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and presentation skills Relevant certifications preferred: UiPath Solution Architect / Advanced RPA Developer, Blue Prism Solution Designer, Microsoft Power Platform certifications, ABBYY certification (if applicable) Desired characteristics in candidates : Experience setting up automation Centers of Excellence (CoE) Background in enterprise architecture or solution consulting role Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences Analytical and proven problem-solving skills High Emotional IQ Embraces challenges Team-orientation rather than an individual contributor Compensation and start dates Hiring now for immediate start Salary: Competitive base and bonus determined by level and experience WonderBotz is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
