About the Role We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Investor Relations & Platform Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s excited to work in a startup-style environment, loves interacting with people, and isn’t afraid to get into the tech side of things. You’ll be supporting investor onboarding and communications, helping test the platform for bugs or issues, and acting as a bridge between our investors and internal tech team. What You’ll Be Doing Investor Support & Relations: Assist with onboarding new investors to the RealShare platform. Set up and help lead introductory calls or platform walkthroughs. Follow up on investor questions and track progress on investments. Keep our investor database organized and up-to-date. Admin & Coordination: Help schedule meetings and maintain calendars. Prepare basic reports or summaries from investor activity. Handle general admin duties as needed. Tech & Platform Testing: Log and track bugs or technical issues reported by users. Test new features or updates on the platform before they go live. Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth resolution of issues. What We’re Looking For Some experience in customer service, admin, or sales support (internships, part-time, or school projects count!). Strong communication skills – both written and verbal. Organized, detail-focused, and proactive. Comfortable using technology and open to learning new platforms. Interested in finance, real estate, or startups (no need to be an expert – just curious and eager to grow). Bonus Points For: Experience in a CRM system, project management tool, or bug tracking system. Knowledge of the Canadian investment space or exempt market.
