The role will be responsible for defining end-to-end solution architectures, developing High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) artifacts, and establishing integration strategies across procurement, contract management, ERP, and third-party SaaS platforms.

This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, product teams, vendors, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end architecture for Source-to-Pay transformation initiatives and procurement technology ecosystems.
- Develop and maintain High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Solution Blueprints, Integration Specifications, and Architecture Decision Records.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture roadmaps.
- Define target-state architecture, technology standards, and integration design principles.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide governance across multiple product and engineering teams.
- Review and approve functional, technical, and integration specifications.
- Design and implement SaaS Integration Architecture integration strategies across enterprise and SaaS platforms including: Coupa, SAP S/4HANA / ECC, Ironclad CLM,SAP Ariba, Jaggaer, Other Procurement & Supply Chain applications
- Define integration patterns leveraging: REST APIs, SOAP Services, Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices, Middleware Platforms, Batch and Real-Time Data Integration
- Architect data exchange models, system interoperability, and cross-application workflows.
- Drive API governance, lifecycle management, and reusable integration frameworks.
- Lead solution architecture for Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Support platform evaluation and technology selection activities.
- Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle from discovery through deployment and hypercare.
- Design hybrid and cloud-based Enterprise integration architectures integrating SaaS platforms with ERP ecosystems.
- Architect solutions leveraging: SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP),WSO2, Azure API Gateway (APG), Azure-based integration services, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on Azure
- Define ETL, data synchronization, event streaming, and middleware strategies.
- Influence strategic technology decisions and architecture direction.
- Manage architecture risks, dependencies, and solution trade-offs.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise governance and security standards.
- Identify innovation opportunities using AI, automation, analytics, and emerging procurement technologies
Work Experience & Required Skills:
- Total 14-16 Years Over all Experience and 8+ Years in Enterprise Applications, Procurement Technology with strong experience in Integration Architecture.
- At least 4 + years’ experience in Solution Architecture roles supporting Procurement/S2P platforms.
- Strong experience creating HLD, LLD, Solution Architecture Documents, Integration Specifications, and Technical Design Documents.
- Expertise in API-led architecture and enterprise integration design.
- Hands-on experience designing SaaS-to-SaaS and SaaS-to-ERP integrations.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale hybrid integration architectures.
- Strong implementation and architecture experience with one or more: Coupa,SAP S/4HANA / ECC,Ironclad CLM,SAP Ariba,Jaggaer,Other Procurement & Supply Chain applications
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- Master's Degree preferred.
