Change Readiness Lead - Remote

Duration: 24 months +

For a global client in manufacturing, we are looking for a Change Readiness Lead to drive and govern change management and business readiness for a large-scale enterprise transformation program. You'll partner with senior stakeholders, Functional Change Leads, and business teams to ensure consistent delivery, strong governance, and successful adoption across the organization.

Mandatory:

• Proven experience leading change management on large-scale transformation programs
• Strong expertise in readiness governance, change strategy, and QA
• Experience working across multiple business units and cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Program Change Management Strategy and readiness framework
• Establish governance standards, methodologies, and toolkits for Change teams
• Manage readiness assessments, go-live criteria, and executive reporting
• Oversee QA of Change Impact Assessments and key change deliverables
• Standardize the Key User learning and readiness journey
• Own the integrated Change Plan, dependencies, risks, and status reporting
• Lead and coach Functional Change Leads while ensuring governance across BU teams
• Represent Change Management in Program leadership and steering forums

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years' experience in Change Management
• End-to-End S4Hana transformation Change Management experience
• Strong experience in change strategy, Change Impact, readiness governance, and stakeholder engagement
• Experience managing change risks, executive reporting, and cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Prosci, ADKAR, APMG, Kotter, or similar methodologies
• Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Teams, or Confluence

Contract Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: Remote with some occasional travel to Eastern Europe (Travel expenses will be covered)
• Contract Type: Full-time for Freelance
• Project Duration: ASAP - March 2028
