Requirements
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation, preferably within recruitment, staffing, or employment services.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or activity targets in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse individuals.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when managing candidate data and call logs.
Proficient with CRM systems and digital communication tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Self-motivated with a high level of resilience, persistence, and a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid operations.
