Pay: Base C$40,000–140,000 plus uncapped commission, on-target earnings C$120,000–300,000.
We're hiring Account Executives to find, win and grow 6ix's client base in the US and Canada. You'll establish relationships with the C-suite and investor relations teams of publicly traded companies, close the account, and stay with each account as it grows. Your buyers are CEOs, CFOs and investor relations leads, many of them currently in mining and resources.
6ix is the website where investors follow public companies, get their news releases and watch their investor calls. Companies pay 6ix to reach those investors. Every news release goes to the investors who follow the company, and executives present on live investor calls. Our team then turns each call into clips, emails and meetings that enable our clients to effectively engage with high-intent investors.

What you'll do

  • Build your own pipeline. You make cold calls every day, backed by email and LinkedIn, into listed companies across Canada and the US.
  • Run discovery calls and demos with decision-makers, obtain multi-threaded buy-in, and close contracts.
  • Own your accounts after they sign, as part of a managed service: onboarding with our Customer Success team, weekly meetings, renewals and expansions.
  • Turn clients' goals into a plan you and our team deliver using the 6ix platform.
  • Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene.
  • Work cross-functionally with the Customer Success team to deliver intended results to clients, and with the Product team as the voice of the customer to inform the product roadmap.

    • What you bring

  • 2+ years in a quota-carrying, full-cycle sales role where cold calling was a daily part of the job. Enterprise SDRs/BDRs as well as client management professionals with exceptional track records and fit will also be considered.
  • Strong belief that quantitative metrics drive outcomes: genuine client touchpoints per day, meetings booked, deals closed, total contract value.
  • Strong understanding of how to engage and build trust with senior executives up to the C-suite: being concise and targeted, managing expectations while putting your best foot forward, and always delivering or over-delivering on what you promise.
  • Working knowledge of marketing: you can talk coherently about webinars, email campaigns, social media and paid ads, and you know what good results look like.
  • Strong attention to detail: you rarely if ever make simple mistakes such as typos or formatting errors, easily catch non-obvious mistakes that others miss, and take personal pride in doing so.
  • Based in Canada, and able to work Eastern Time business hours.
  • Professional fluency in English.

  • You've sold into the capital markets, investor relations and financial media spaces, or other highly regulated sectors.
  • You understand the mining and resources sector, particularly junior mining.
  • You've grown accounts through renewals and upsells as the account lead, in account management or client success.
  • You've sold marketing services at an agency and stayed on as the client's lead.
    • How we hire
    1. Apply with your resume. Include your sales numbers: calls per day, meetings booked per week, average deal size and performance against quota.
    2. 15–20 minute phone screen with our team.
    3. 15-minute mock cold call: you call us, and we play the CEO of a junior miner.
    4. Two 60-minute conversations about your pipeline, your deals and how you work with senior management. The first one follows the mock call, in the same session.
