As a SaaS Sales Executive, reporting to our EVP of Sales, you will focus on driving mid‑market growth in the Central & Eastern Europe (CEE) region through outbound sales to our existing client base and targeted expansion within your territory. You will own a portfolio of mid‑market accounts in CEE, growing revenue via new logos, cross‑sell and upsell of our SaaS solutions while building long‑term, strategic relationships with key stakeholders across the region. What you will do: Manage and grow a defined portfolio of mid‑market customers across the CEE region. Conduct consultative outbound sales activities (calls, video, email) tailored to CEE markets. Identify and execute cross‑sell and upsell opportunities within your CEE accounts. What you bring: Experience selling B2B SaaS to mid‑market customers in the CEE region (e.g. Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria or the Baltics). Fluency in English and an additional CEE languages (e.g. Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian) Understanding of the CEE business landscape and the ability to engage and influence C‑level stakeholders in the region.
