This small SAP-focused consulting team is based in San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, specializing in planning and consolidation solutions that support better decision-making. They work closely with Finance and IT departments, helping organizations improve financial processes using SAP technologies (including SAP BPC) and strong model-driven approaches. The environment is oriented around expert consulting for enterprise clients across Latin America, drawing on experience built over more than 15 years.

What we need you to tackle

You’re a senior SAP Analytics Cloud Planning consultant with at least 3 years of hands-on SAC Planning experience and a solid understanding of financial planning and budgeting processes. You can design customized planning models, configure core SAC components (Stories, Data Actions, and data import/export), and integrate SAC with SAP HANA/BW or other SAP modules. You work proactively and independently while collaborating in agile teams, and you communicate clearly—turning requirements into well-structured functional/technical specifications and delivering effective training. Strong Excel skills and the ability to read and understand technical English are expected; experience with SAP BPC and familiarity with DataSphere/Joule are a plus.

Your day-to-day

1. Lead end-to-end SAC Planning workstreams for enterprise clients, from discovery to delivery.
2. Design and build customized SAC Planning models aligned to each client’s management style and budgeting needs.
3. Configure SAC Planning modules including Stories, Data Actions, and Data Imports/Exports.
4. Translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications and keep documentation clear and structured.
5. Implement integrations between SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP HANA/BW or related SAP systems to support planning workflows.
6. Deliver training to client stakeholders and internal consultants, and support agile stand-ups and daily workflows.

Nice to haves

• Use advanced Excel (formulas, Pivot, Power Query) to prototype logic, validate data, and support planning analysis alongside SAC.
• Leverage SAP BPC knowledge for migrations or best practices, accelerating SAC Planning design and adoption for legacy SAP planning clients.
• Awareness of SAP DataSphere (data warehousing) and/or SAP Joule (AI assistant) to future-proof SAC data architectures and productivity.
