Role: SPCT / SAFe Agile Trainer

Location: Remote

Start Date: 7th December 2026

Duration: 4-day short-term training assignment, with potential for follow-on support

Daily Rate: Inside IR35

The Role

We are looking for an experienced SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer (SPCT) to support an upcoming training requirement in December.

The individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality SAFe/Agile training to teams and should be comfortable facilitating sessions with a mixture of delivery professionals, Agile practitioners and senior stakeholders.

Must be available at short notice, with capacity to deliver training during December

Experience & Skills Required

· Current SPCT (SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer) certification

· Strong track record of personally delivering SAFe training courses

· Experienced in training and coaching within large, complex organisations

· Confident facilitator with strong stakeholder and presentation skills

· Able to tailor training to different levels of Agile/SAFe maturity

· Ideally available for further training/coaching support where required
