  • Work closely with safeguarding specialists, managers and learning colleagues to support workforce development.
  • Track attendance, learner feedback and training outcomes to support compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Responsible for contributing to insights and observations to inform safeguarding trends and learning needs and ensuring training content is accurate, up-to-date, and responsive to trends or emerging risks..
  • Promote a learning culture where staff feel empowered to raise concerns and seek support.
  • Partner with operational colleagues to understand real-world safeguarding challenges and tailor training to reflect this.

We're particularly interested in hearing from candidates who have:

  • Strong safeguarding knowledge and practical understanding of safeguarding adults and/or children.
  • Operational experience and understand service needs (desirable)
  • Knowledge and experience within the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) arena.
  • Experience delivering training, workshops or learning sessions to groups would be advantageous but is not essential as training can be provided

  • Experience working in health, social care, community services or a related environment.

Please note interview will be held virtually on 27th November 2026.
